Tap cameras in the bottom right corner of the screen

Turn phone 90 degrees to wide screen view

By Default cameras will be in BASIC MODE. This lowers the video quality so you can view up to 16 cameras without video skipping. Basic Mode is for viewing only.

In single camera view you can tap the center of the screen, tap BASIC in the left corner. Then select HD.  HD Mode is the true resolution of the cameras and is the video quality that will be recorded on DVR/NVR.
